Did you know that in an average GQ magazine, there are 11... count them ELEVEN... fragrance samples/ads for Men? Seriously?
So, I went in, ripped them out, and will be doing a day-by-day assessment of the scents. Maybe this might lead us to actually purchasing one, though I'm not sure.
Seriously? For a $10/year subscription x 11 ads per magazine, that's over 132 scents to peruse.... Worth it...??
Today's scent: Acqua Di Gio for Men, by Giorgio Armani
First whiff... eeks. This seriously smells like a scent a past (female) boss wore. I can still vividly remember sitting in her car, smelling this.... It's hollow, watery, linen-y and clean, but completely devoid of any masculine scent I'm hoping for. Where's the warm vanilla, the spice, the cedar? Ick. Not loving this one....
