I take a multivitamin (with only 400mg of D,) but it seems that 1000mg are suggested. Main sources are egg yolks (don't eat), salmon (haven't had in years) and yeah... sunlight- and lots of it.

Now... this might be merely just coincidence. Placebo. Luck. But I seriously didn't taken a nap over the weekend (roundabouts 1pm I usually get so tired I need to take a nap) or after work-- (I usually eat dinner, crash on the couch in half-sleep from 6:30-7, and then go to work out.) But to date-- NO naps! Complete awakeness! I didn't even go to bed until 11pm (!) on Sunday, and was up at 5am (stewing about work, but still not tired.)
So is it the D? Something else?
I'm going with the D, for now...
