Friend Thanksgiving!



Another delicious Friend Thanksgiving under our belts... This time, we switched it up and served a Roast Beef-- this one rubbed in porcini mushrooms, olive oil and garlic. The menu also included au gratin potatoes, corn souffle, pear salad, Julia Child's cooked carrots, and apple cranberry pie for dessert. We even ichatted with our out-of-state friends with their new baby!

It was a great time... excellent food... and even better company!
