nothing like 'em...

there are few things that I totally relish, and Saturday mornings may just be one of my favorite things in the world.

I LOVE waking up when I want, which is usually around 7:30, to the tune of dogs click-clacking on the wood floor. I love coffee at home, with milk and sugar. And I love egg breakfasts-- in whatever version Jed happens to be cooking up. He's a weekend breakfast chef, and I've almost taken pictures of the beautiful ham quiches, new potato and chive frittatas, and other delicious creations he's whipped up...

I love dallying on the computer for hours, catching up on blogs and thinking of all the ways we could spend our day.

There's the porch-- should we start a potential redo in there? Could we spiff up the guest room? Get some pictures hung up finally? Or play with the dogs outside? Bundle up and head to the riverwalk? Work out?

The possibilities are endless, and usually end up somewhere right around cleaning and grocery shopping, followed by a nap and making dinner.

Hm...
