It tastes good!

Who would have thought... but I tried some of our cider yesterday when we were testing the alcohol level, and I'm going to say .... I am rather impressed. It's no "K" or Strongbow, but it's drinkable. Light, effervescent, apple-y, but not overbearing. It will be great sparkling. And it will just get better in the bottle! Num num!

And in the meantime... the cranberry wine is almost fermented out... ready to go to secondary fermentation.

Which only leaves one question...

What to make next??
